The present invention relates to an elevating apparatus for a film coating apparatus and more particularly, to an elevating apparatus used in a film coating apparatus with a new structure, capable of minimizing a coating failure due to an air layer between an ITO film and an OCA film when the COA film and the ITO film used on a touch screen panel are coated. For this, the present invention includes an elevating motor which generates power, a lower incline plate which horizontally moves by receiving the power from the elevating motor and an upper incline plate which is formed on the upper side of the lower incline plate and vertically moves according to the horizontal movement of the lower incline plate. |
