The present invention relates to: an anticancer agent-linker-albumin conjugate which is obtained by combining a hydrophilic albumin and a hydrophobic anticancer agent with a hydroxyl group through a linker, and forms self-aggregate in an aqueous solution; a drug delivery use thereof; and a preparation method thereof. The anticancer agent-linker-albumin conjugate of the present invention forms the self-aggregate in an aqueous solution for improving the selectivity against cancer tissues, is capable of continuously emitting drugs, is capable of increasing the contents of drugs limited by a chemical bonding by additionally adding the anticancer agent into the self-aggregate, and is capable of being used for a cancer chemotherapy. |
