The present invention relates to a method for controlling a harvest amount of vegetables by managing facilities all year around. The method includes: a germination step of germinating seeds of vegetables after planting the seeds in a plurality of main plant pots; a seedling growth step of growing the seeds into seedlings; a stacking step of stacking a plurality of plant growth managing devices on which the seedlings are grown on stacking frames for dormancy of the seedlings when an harvest amount needs to be reduced; a dormancy step of inhibiting the growth of the seedlings of the vegetables by transferring the stacking frames to a dormant cultivation chamber; and a forcing step of accelerating growth of the seedlings until the seedling become mature seedlings after transferring the seedlings, stored in the dormant cultivation chamber, to a forcing cultivation chamber when supply of the vegetables needs to be increased. |
