The present invention includes a digital stethoscope which includes a stethoscope sound collecting unit which includes an optical sensor and a vibration member which is separated from the optical sensor with a preset distance and collects a stethoscope sound; a preprocessing unit which processes the stethoscope sound collected by the stethoscope sound collecting unit with a signal; a transmitting unit which transmits the signal processed from the preprocessing unit; and a receiving unit which receives the processed signal from the transmitting unit. The stethoscope sound collecting unit generates a preset measurement signal according to the change of the distance of the vibration member and the optical sensor. The present invention relates to an optical sensing type wireless electronic stethoscopy system enabling multiple users to listen to the same stethoscope sound by one or more digital stethoscopes.
