Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for producing bamboo salt. The apparatus for producing the bamboo salt by an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: at least one kiln for plasticizing the bamboo salt; and a bamboo storing unit located inside the kiln, storing bamboo filled with bay salt, and formed of refractory materials. The bamboo storing unit is formed of a soil pipe. The bamboo storing unit includes at least one heat inducing hole for inducing the heat inside the kiln into the inside of the bamboo storing unit. |
