Provided is a composite phase difference plate (20) in which an adhesive layer (31) made of a cured active-energy-ray-curable resin composition, and a second phase difference plate (18) made of a cyclo-olefin resin film are laminated in this order on a (meth)acrylic resin layer (14) of a first phase difference plate (10) having the (meth)acrylic resin layer (14) on the outermost surface thereof, the adhesive layer (31) being formed from a curable resin composition having as curable components an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide and a compound having a (meth)acryloyloxy group in the molecule thereof, and the adhesive layer having a thickness of 10 µm or less. The composite phase difference plate (20) is laminated on one side of a polarizing film (42), and a protective film (44) is laminated on the other side thereof to form a composite polarizing plate (50).
