The present invention relates to a technique for producing anhydrosugar alcohols using a hydrogenated sugar as a raw material and, more specifically, to a low cost and highly efficient technique for producing anhydrosugar alcohol, much simplified compared with a conventional method, by simultaneously conducting conversion reaction and distillation in a thin film distillator, unlike the conventional method of dehydrating the hydrogenated sugar to convert into anhydrosugar alcohol and distilling the reaction result solution.
