The present invention relates to a heat exchanger and a natural refrigerant circulation air conditioner. The heat exchanger according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a distribution header which distributes flowing refrigerant; multiple tubes which are connected to the side of the distribution header; and a discharge header which is connected to the tubes. The distribution header and the discharge header are formed to be parallel to the ground. The natural refrigerant circulation air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a condenser which condenses a refrigerant; a fluid pipe which guides the refrigerant condensed in the condenser; an evaporator which evaporates the refrigerant flowing from the fluid pipe; and a gas pipe which guides the refrigerant evaporated in the evaporator to the condenser. The evaporator comprises a distribution header which distributes refrigerant flowing from the fluid pipe; a discharge header which discharges the refrigerant evaporated from the evaporator to the gas pipe; and multiple tubes which are connected to the distribution header and the discharge header. The distribution header and the discharge header are formed to be parallel to the ground. According to an embodiment of the present invention, pressure loss of refrigerant can be reduced and fluid refrigerant can be evenly distributed in the heat exchanger. Also, refrigerant can smoothly flow in a passage designed in consideration of the direction of gravity, so a driving force for refrigerant circulation can be increased.
