The present invention relates to an opening and closing blind of a window, which is installed inside a window and prevents the window from being damaged by a typhoon, and which is opened and closed as a blind form in order to block inside and outside air. The opening and closing blind of a window comprises a fixing bracket, which has a cutting groove with multiple ring-shaped connecting rings inside in order to be moved from side to side; a transparent blinder, which is made of a transparent material and has a concave shape to block inside and outside air by being equipped with a curved connection pin inserted into connection rings in the upper part to be moved from side to side; and multiple window absorption units, which are connected inside the transparent blinder and have a absorption plate to be attached to the window. The transparent blinder, which is folded to the left and the right inside the window, is attached to the window absorption unit, thereby reinforcing the window against a shock from a typhoon and preventing the window from being damaged. The window is opened and closed by the transparent blinder, which is made of a transparent material in order to transmit light, so the inside and outside air is blocked. Therefore, inside temperature is prevented from being drastically changed by the outside air. Also, multiple 8-shaped fixing grooves are cut inside a connection bar reinforcing the transparent blinder, so the window absorption plate is perfectly fixed. Therefore, everyone can conveniently use the opening and closing blind of a window. In addition, an insulation blocking layer, which blocks the flow of air, is connected in order to drastically increase insulation efficiency. Moreover, an ultraviolent ray blocking layer, which is made of an opaque material in order to block ultraviolent rays, is inserted into the connection bar, so the ultraviolet rays passing through the window can be blocked. |
