The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a coating film having air permeability, moisture permeability, and water resistance and, more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a coating film having air permeability, moisture permeability, and water resistance for easily adjusting a coating thickness on a PET base film using a polyurethane resin to easily adjust the surface coating thickness of a knit fabric and adjust the air permeability, the moisture permeability, and the water resistance and for forming the coating layer to a constant thickness on the fabric, thereby improving the quality of products. The method of manufacturing a coating film having air permeability, moisture permeability, and water resistance according to the present invention includes: preparing a PET base film; forming a bonding layer, which is laminated on the PET base film prepared by the step of preparing the PET base film; forming a release layer on the bonding layer laminated by the step of forming the bonding layer; forming a protective layer laminated on one surface of the release layer to protect a membrane while reinforcing the surface strength; and forming a membrane layer consisting of a first coating layer and a second coating layer laminated on one surface of the protective layer. |
