Disclosed is a closed circuit television (CCTV) system for crime prevention and speeding enforcement. According to the present invention, the CCTV based traffic control system based on an embedded system technique relates to a single device with a function of photographing, saving, and number recognition processing of a target image of a local system unit and a data transfer function through a network to a control center by comprising a CCTV and a vehicle recognition algorithm.
