The present invention relates to a vegetable packaging case which can be used as an ornament for interior purpose. The packaging case for packaging and transporting vegetables has a function of a flower pot in a vegetable container thereof to allow a user to use the vegetable container for transporting and packaging vegetable as well as flowers when selling the vegetable and the flowers. In addition, the user also can use the vegetable packaging case at home by placing at a preferable position for growing vegetables or flowers by using the vegetable packaging case as a flower pot.
