摘要 Novelty: there is disclosed a construction of innovative plastic tubes characterised by special-type high-efficiency and added-value nanoparticles added to polypropylene, polyethylene, meshed polyethylene and polyolefins tubes, in general. Technical features: compared to existing tubes, the new ones exhibit high mechanical properties, high thermal conductivity (50% at least) as dictated by applications they are designed for; fast heat exchange between soil and water contained therein, and, thereby, increase of the installation’s efficiency and 10% savings in energy. The research and development of the new tubes as well as the related mixing and measurements with high-accuracy instruments were carried out in collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki while all productions and tests of said tubes in conformity to respective norms were carried out in the super-modern Interplast’s laboratories. The related search, development and techno-economical study approved by the Ministry of Education are all available for being controlled. Embodiment: use in geothermal heating and cooling systems.
