The present invention relates to a needle which can simultaneously operate many ropes and allow medicine injection into body and oriental medicinal acupuncture to be realized for making the operating easy and reducing damage to the body of a patient and pain to increase operation efficiency, the needle comprising: a handle and a needle body connected to the handle, wherein the handle comprises an injection pipe protruding rearward for discharging toxic gas in the body during injecting medicine or operation; a branch pipe formed in a shape having one or more branch at the front of the injection pipe; and a body connection pipe which is integrally formed so as to connect the needle body to the front of the branch pipe. The needle body comprises a through hole formed at the center thereof for enabling rope or medicine injection, and a sharp end unit formed at the bottom end of the needle body for facilitating the injection.
