Disclosed is an apparatus for regenerating activated carbon, comprising a regenerating chamber which heats waste activated carbon received inside and regenerates the same; a temperature sensor which measures the temperature of the regenerated activated carbon from the chamber; a conveyor belt which transmits the regenerated activated carbon discharged outside the chamber; a filter which is connected to the conveyor belt and filters the regenerated activated carbon according to the size thereof; and a classifier which classifies the filtered activated carbon depending on the measured temperature by the temperature sensor so that the filter classifies the filtered activated carbon based on impurity content.
