The present invention discloses a nerve block catheter which has multiple electrodes to effectively block nerves around blood vessels while having an improved structure of a tip in order that the size of the tip is not large; and a nerve block apparatus comprising the catheter. The catheter according to the present invention is a catheter for nerve blocks, which comprises: a catheter body which is extended lengthwise in one direction, has a proximal end portion and a distal end portion, and has an inner space along the longitudinal direction of the catheter body; a movable member mounted on the distal end portion of the catheter body and formed to be movable along the longitudinal direction of the catheter body; an operation member moving the movable member when the distal end portion is connected to the movable member; multiple supporting members, each of which has one side end portion connected to the distal endmost portion of the catheter body and the other side end portion connected to the movable member, wherein at least one portion of each supporting member is bent to allow a bent portion to keep apart from the catheter body when the movable member moves so the distance between the distal endmost portion of the catheter body and the movable member becomes narrow; multiple electrodes respectively mounted on bent portions of the multiple supporting members and generating heat; and a lead wire electrically connected to each of the multiple electrodes and providing a power supply path for each of the multiple electrodes. At least one among the catheter body and the movable member is formed in order that connection points for at least two of the supporting members are separated at fixed intervals in the longitudinal direction of the catheter body. |
