The present invention relates to a specific surface area control method of Nb-doped TiO_2 nanofibers, and more specifically, to a specific surface area control method of Nb-doped TiO_2 nanofibers, which is characterized in electrospinning while controlling the content of niobium (Nb) precursor against Ti precursor to a 0.1-60 wt% range. According to the present invention, corrugated Nb-doped TiO_2 nanofibers having a high specific surface area are successfully manufactured by the electrospinning method, and TiO_2 nanofibers having various shapes such as the anastase structure and the rutile structure can be manufactured.
