A heating sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The heating sheet includes: a first sheet (10) with a carbon layer (11) coated in the longitudinal direction; a first electrode layer (20) coated onto both side ends of the carbon layer (11) coated onto the first sheet (10) so as to cover both side ends of the carbon layer (11); a second sheet (30) positioned to correspond to the first sheet (10) and fused with the first sheet (10) by thermal pressurization so as to cover the carbon layer (11); and a second electrode layer (40) coated onto both side ends of the second sheet (30) to cover the first electrode layer (20), wherein a step groove portion (50) and an extended carbon layer (60) extending from the step groove portion (50) are additionally provided on both side ends of the carbon layer (11) coated onto the first sheet (10), and wherein a coating material forming the first electrode layer (20) is inserted into the step groove portion (50) to be coated when the first electrode layer (20) is coated onto both side ends of the carbon layer (11). As the step groove portion is formed on the carbon layer where the first electrode layer of the heating sheet is to be covered, the first electrode layer is inserted into the step groove portion to be coated when the first electrode layer is coated. Therefore, a contact force between the first electrode layer and the carbon layer can be improved and a non-contact portion therebewteen can be prevented, thereby preventing electric safety accidents such as a short circuit caused by non-contact, or the like. |
