The present invention relates to a tie rod for fixing a pipe to replace a dummy spool coupled with instead of expansion bellows pipe in the case of manufacturing a pipe body on the ground before being installed, and to a method for installing a pipe body using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a tie rod for fixing a pipe comprises a rod part which is formed long in a longitudinal direction; and couplers which are installed at the end of the rod part, respectively and has a coupling hole coupled with a coupling member passed through the flange of the pipe at a point spaced apart from a part coupled with the rod part in the direction of the cross-sectional center of the pipe.
