The present invention relates to a method for preparing anhydrousugar alcohols having a simplified post-reaction process, and more specifically, to a cheap and highly efficient method for preparing anhydrousugar alcohols which has a high final purity of at least 99% and has good ion content, pH, conductivity, and color properties, without a distillation step by bleaching an output of a conversion reaction, crystallizing and refining the same, compared to an existing method which dehydrates a hydrogenated sugar, transforms the same into anhydrous sugar alcohols, and conducts a series of processes including solvent crystallization and succeeding refining.
