The present invention relates to an instrument for compensating vaginal prolapse of cattle and more specifically, to an instrument for compensating vaginal prolapse of cattle comprising: a main body part (10) including a clamping unit (11) formed to be narrow in the direction of one side and a fixing unit (14) which is extended from the clamping unit (11) and curved outwards and in which an inserting groove (15) is formed; and a holder(20) combined with the inserting groove (15) by inserting. The instrument comprises a compensating means (30) which is harmless to the living body and inserted into a vagina to treat the prolapse of the vagina of a cattle to the outside of the external genitalia (g) more effectively so that vaginal eversion and many kinds of diseases caused thereby are prevented.
