The present invention relates to a method and a system for transmitting a sample test result of a medical device to a destination through a mobile device. The method for transmitting a sample test result of a medical device to a destination through a mobile device includes a step in which the medical device tests a sample; a step in which the mobile device receives a test result from the medical device; a step in which the mobile device receives destination information indicating a destination for transmission of the test result; and a step in which the mobile device transmits the test result to the destination corresponding to the destination information. According to the present invention, a problem of existing technology, in which the transmission of the test result becomes useless when a patient is not transferred to a preset destination (not an optimized destination), is solved because the test result is transmitted to the optimized destination received by the mobile device. Moreover, since a test result about a testee and a degree test result about a medical device are separately transmitted, more efficient management of the medical device can be enabled. And, since a patient test result reflecting the degree test result of the medical device is offered to a medical team, a potential medical accident caused by the medical team believing a wrong test result can be prevented.
