A hearing aid for reducing tinnitus comprises a sound wave sensing unit, a signal processing unit, and a speaker unit. The sound wave sensing unit detects a sound wave in the external auditory meatus generated by an exterior noise. The signal processing unit analyzes the noise detected in the sound wave sensing unit to process the noise to an antiphase signal. The speaker unit outputs the antiphase signal processed in the signal processing unit to the external auditory meatus.
