摘要 Nucleic acid molecule comprising (a) a portion encoding a signal peptide, (b) a portion encoding a heterologous cellulase, (c) optionally a portion encoding a protease recognition site, (d) a portion encoding a transmembrane linker and (e) a portion encoding a transporter domain of an autotransporter or its a variant, is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a polypeptide encoded by the nucleic acid molecule; (2) microorganism, which is expressed the polypeptide at its surface or transformed using the nucleic acid molecule; (3) a membrane fraction obtained from the cell; (4) a method-1 for preparing a reaction product using at least one cellulase, comprising (i) providing the microorganism or the membrane fraction, and (ii) contacting the microorganism and/or the membrane fraction with one or more cellulase substrates under conditions that are compatible with the cellulase activity; and (5) a method-2 for producing the microorganism in which a recombinant cellulase presents at its surface, comprising introducing a nucleic acid sequence into the microorganism, and optionally treating the microorganism with a substance that activates the expression control sequence.
