The present invention relates to a premix composition for a foam-type cake using egg white powder, a foam-type cake manufactured by using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof whereby, in particular, egg white powder instead of eggs is contained in the premix composition; and dough is kneaded using water only instead of eggs; and the foam-type cake having a large volume and an excellent texture can be manufactured in an easy manner. |
