A low NOx scrubber is provided. According to an aspect of the present invention, the low NOx scrubber includes: a burner part which creates sparks to burn a raw gas by air and LNG fuel gas; and a heater part which is located on the bottom of the burner part which equips a heater to heat inside the heating tube and a heating tube which is placed inside the heater to heat and oxidize the raw gas. The burner part creates a condition where oxygen gets thin for an imperfect combustion, and the methane out of the raw gas undergoes an imperfect combustion which creates at least one of carbon monoxide, hydrogen and hydrogen chloride. Also, at least one of the carbon monoxide, hydrogen and hydrogen chloride triggers a reduction reaction with a nitrogen oxide within the burning process of the raw gas so that a low NOx scrubber is provided which removes the nitrogen oxide. |
