PURPOSE: A composition containing Diospyros blancoi A. DC. extract or fraction thereof is provided to prevent and delay aging. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains Diospyros blancoi A. DC. extract or fraction thereof as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, low carbon number alcohol, or a mixture solvent thereof. The fraction is prepared by fractioning the extract with n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water in order. A pharmaceutical composition for anti-aging contains the extract or fraction as an active ingredient. A health functional food composition for anti-aging contains the extract or fraction as an active ingredient. |
