The present invention relates to an apparatus for creating a digital signature consent form regarding vehicle maintenance and, more specifically, to receiving a consent form related to vehicle maintenance from an owner of a vehicle to be maintained. To achieve this, an apparatus for creating a digital signature consent form regarding vehicle maintenance is disclosed. The apparatus includes an estimate list creating means for creating an estimate list of a vehicle to be maintained; and a digital signature consent form creating means for receiving a signature on a document requiring the consent of an owner and creating the electronically signed consent form, when the vehicle to be maintained is maintained. |
