The present invention provides a device and method for measuring the voltage of a unit cell in a fuel cell stack. The device uses a spring-shaped pin instead of a cylindrical pin to measure the voltage of the unit cell without puncturing a separating plate. The device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is used to measure the voltage of a unit cell in a fuel cell stack, includes: at least one spring-shaped pin which touches an area of a separating plate where the spring force is present; a printed circuit substrate electronically connected to the opposite area of the area where the spring-shaped pin touches the separating plate; and a bracket which has the printed circuit substrate mounted on the surface and is fixed to an end plate portion of the stack.
