The actuator has a control magnetic flux (phi-C2) opposed to a polarization flux of a permanent magnet (14) and authorizing a displacement of a mobile core (16) from a fixation position toward an opening position. A cylinder head (20) has an internal sleeve (46) extending around the mobile core. The permanent magnet is positioned on the mobile core so as to be partly outside the magnetic cylinder head when the mobile core is in the opening position, and to be partly against the sleeve of the magnetic cylinder head when the mobile core is in the fixation position. An independent claim is also included for an electric switching unit, comprising a fixed contact. |
