A method of forming a building (1) that includes frame and cladding materials, the frame defining a footprint for the building. The method includes the steps of: (a) providing the frame (3, 19, 22); (b) positioning the cladding materials so as to be within the external edges of the frame; and (c) securing the cladding materials with respect to the frame. The dimensions of the frame when the building module is being transported are substantially the same as when the building module is being used. A building formed by the method is also disclosed. |
