Disclosed are a de-oiler capable of exchanging heat and a crude oil desalination system including the de-oiler. The de-oiler, according to the present invention, includes: a mixture inlet which flows in the mixture of crude oil and water; a filter unit which divides the mixture into oil and water; a heating medium inlet which flows in a heating medium; and a heating medium outlet which discharges the heating medium. When the heating medium passes through the filter unit, a heat exchange from the heating medium to the filter unit occurs. |
