PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to have an adhesive layer which has an IPN structure, thereby effectively preventing bubbles which are generated from a plastic board under heat-resistant conditions. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer(13) is attached to a plastic object(14). The adhesive layer has an IPN(Interpenetrating Polymer Network) structure. The number of bubbles in the adhesive layer is smaller than 90 after the adhesive layer is attached onto a polycarbonate film for five days at 80°C. A conductive film(11) is formed on one side of a conductive film(12). The adhesive layer attaches a side, which is opposite to a side on which the conductive layer is formed, to the plastic object. |
