The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a seasoning sauce using blueberries and seasoned ribs manufactured by the same. In particular, an extract of blueberries beneficial to human health is used to: increase palatability; prevent meat from being rancid; and thus increase preferable properties of the meat. The manufacturing method of a seasoning sauce comprises: a first grinding step in which gingers, pineapples, and fresh ginseng are added to water to be firstly ground; a second grinding step in which garlics, onions, plums, a caramel syrup, and a soybean sauce are added to a mixture, obtained by grinding gingers, pineapples, fresh ginseng, and water in the first grinding step, to be secondarily ground; a mixing step in which a grain syrup, pepper, and bamboo leaves are added to the ground mixture, obtained by the second grinding step, to be mixed; and a post adding step in which the extract of blueberries are added to the mixture, ground and mixed in the mixing step. |
