Disclosed is a machine (1) for the power exercise of a user, a method for adjusting the load (30), a software product, a modification kit and a method for modifying an existing machine using the modification kit. The machine comprises of a rocker (20), a load detecting means (50), a logical control unit (51) and a regulating means (60). The rocker (20) is movable by a user in order to perform muscular work. The load (30) is connected to the rocker (20) to oppose the muscular work of the user. The detecting means (50) detects at least one parameter corresponding to the muscular work (or power) exerted by the user at predetermined time intervals against said load (30). At least one logical control unit (51) is operatively connected with the detecting means (50) to compare the first value detected with at least one second value corresponding to reference work which is training for the user. The regulating means (60) is operatively connected with at least one first logical control unit (51) and acts on the load (30). In case the work detected by the detecting means (50) is greater than the reference work the load (30) is automatically increased. In case the work detected by the detecting means (50) is lower than the reference work the load (30) is automatically reduced. The software product carries out the method for adjusting the load (30). The modification kit comprises of a motor means, a rigid connection, a detecting means (50), at least one logical control unit (51) and a regulating means (60). |
