The present invention relates to a system and a method for diagnosing a self-actualization leadership ability, which diagnose the self-actualization leadership ability of an individual to improve the self-actualization leadership ability. The system comprises the following: a diagnosis guiding unit which guides a self-actualization leadership ability diagnosis desired by a customer through a client system; a diagnosis selecting unit which selects a general diagnosis or a complete diagnosis of the self-actualization leadership ability diagnosis guided by the diagnosis guiding unit through the client system; a diagnosing unit which makes a diagnosis of self-actualization leadership ability for the customer through the general diagnosis or complete diagnosis of the self-actualization leadership ability diagnosis selected by the diagnosis selecting unit; a diagnosis output unit which outputs a diagnosis result of the diagnosing unit to the client system; and a price processing unit which settles a price of the self-actualization leadership ability diagnosis desired by the customer. By using the system and the method for diagnosing the self-actualization leadership ability, it is possible to measure how much a person has developed his/her self-actualization leadership ability and improve the self-actualization leadership ability. |
