PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a shaft for a power window motor is provided to improve the degree of accurate inspection and save the cost and time for inspecting by sequentially inspecting the shaft through a single device. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting a shaft for a power window motor comprises a shaft input unit(100), a shaft transfer unit(200), an external diameter inspecting unit(300), a run-out inspecting unit(400), a roundness inspecting unit(500), a vision inspecting unit(600), a finished product ejecting unit(700), and defective product ejecting units(800,810,820). The defective product ejecting unit is equipped on each inspecting unit and removes a defective product from the shaft transfer unit. The shaft is separated to the shaft transfer unit if the shaft is not satisfied with the standards of the external diameter, run-out, and roundness. A normal product which passes through each inspection is delivered to the finished product ejecting unit. |
