Compact product based on human food salt, comprises 50-100% of sodium chloride having an apparent density of 1.5-2, a weight of 0.5-10 g, and a hardness of 50-200N. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparation of the product comprising disposing a composition under the form of grain and/or powder comprising 50-100% sodium chloride (0.5-10 g); and compacting the composition having a pressure of 50-150 MPa; and (2) obtaining a defined concentration of salt in a composition for human food comprising disposing the product based on salt, and dissolving the product based on salt in specific quantity of the composition to obtain the defined concentration of salt. |
