The present invention relates to techniques employed in the civil engineering for preparation acrvlate renders with quartz as filler. This materials are used as flexible vvashable layer with a high resistance to UV radiation and atmospheric influences. This decorative render is mainly used as cover of polystyrene batten for exterior or interior facade. The render is obtained by mixing acrylate dispersion with the quartz in different grain sizes in batch conditions, under atmospheric pressure at temperature of 25°C for 30 minutes. The render contains additives limiting occurrence of algae, fungi and moulds, prevent freezing and enhanced UV resistance. Draying time for acrylate render is 24 h at temperature above 10°C (the application of renders at temerature below 1°C should be avoided due to occurance of crep in structure coused by freezing of solvent). |
