A simulated cigarette which has a housing with a generally cigarette-like shape and size, a reservoir of inhalable composition within the housing; a means for controlling the flow from the reservoir and an outlet passage from the means for controlling the flow from the reservoir to an outlet in the housing from which outlet a user inhales the composition. The housing is wrapped in a wrap comprising an adhesive layer to stick to the housing, a paper or paper-like layer to provide a more realistic feel, and a polymer film to cover and protect the paper or paper-like layer. |
