PURPOSE: A heat supply device is provided to maximally correspond to the thermal demand of a user when hot water heating unit is unavailable. CONSTITUTION: A heat supply device comprises an electrical heating source, a gas type heating source, a heat storage unit, and a controller (14). The heat storage unit stores heat generated by the electrical heating source. The controller controls the electrical heating source and the heat storage amount of the heat storage unit. The controller runs an operation mode for only using the electrical heating source and increases a target value about the heat storage amount when gas type heating source is unavailable.
