The device has a main body (1) comprising a fixing unit (2) to fix the body on a support, and cradles (3a-3c) to receive elongated elements (A). Each cradle has a clamping unit formed by semi-jaws (4) to cooperate with the cradle to define a clamping collar enclosing the elements. The cradles are placed on the body so that central axes of the collars are parallel and constitute tops of a triangle i.e. equilateral triangle. The clamping unit is a flange whose ends in form of wing are fixed near ends of the cradle by an assembly unit (5) formed by bolts (51) and nuts (52).
