The rotor has two radial annular supports (58, 60) that are arranged with a set of coaxial openings for passage of fasteners such as pins, of a support. A set of masses of the fasteners is allowed to vary circumferentially and is given according a set of circumferential positions of the annular supports so as to carry out a dynamic balancing of a rotary assembly. Each of the fastenings is arranged with a flange (78a) that is intended to be inserted between the annular supports for connecting two threaded parts (80a, 80b, 82a). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a rotary assembly (2) a turboshaft engine.
