The station has a cable driving and/or guiding mechanism, and a metal reinforcement for supporting the mechanism. A textile fabric (1) is supported and stretched by the reinforcement, where the fabric covers the mechanism. The reinforcement comprises two swan necks for guiding the cable along two directions on each side of the station and a metal vertical beam attached to each swan neck. The reinforcement includes a metal horizontal beam to connect top of the vertical beam. The fabric is supported by the horizontal beam and/or the top of the vertical beam. An independent claim is also included for a cover for covering a transit station to transport persons through cable.
