Antibody-attached nanoparticles in proper orientation of antibody and the process for producing the same

PURPOSE: Nano particle having antibody is provided to have the merit of being used in separation or analysis by adhering with high efficiency to the cell which develops the MUC1 protein to overexpress in the tumor. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nano particle having antibody comprises (1) a step of adhering 5 to 15 of lysine amino to the end portion of the antibody which has specific binding about MUC1 protein; (2) and a step of adhering the antibody having lysine amino on the end portion to nano particle having gold surface.
