SOLID DOSAGE FORM HAVING AN ANORECTIC EFFECT (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and medicine and can be used in the creation and administration of solid dosage forms for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of obesity. The present invention addresses the problem of creating an effective solid dosage form containing sibutramine hydrochloride monohydrate and having an anorectic effect. The problem of interest is solved by the inclusion of additional mineral substances in the solid dosage form and also by the use of carbon-13 and nitrogen-15 isotopes. The technical results of the invention are a greater therapeutic effect (a reduction in body weight or a decrease in the rate of weight gain) in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of obesity with no decrease in the duration of the effect or increase in the concentration of sibutramine hydrochloride monohydrate, and a more rapid onset of said therapeutic effect.
