PURPOSE: A storage type hot water supply device is provided to prevent or reduce the supply of high temperature water with the abnormality of a water supply mixing valve. CONSTITUTION: A storage type hot water supply device comprises a water storage unit, a first heating source, a hot water route, a water supply mixing valve, a second heating source, a bypass route, a first electrical operation valve, a second electrical operation valve, and a control unit. The bypass route is branched from the upstream of the second heating source on the hot water route to bypass the second heating source. The branches of the bypass route meet at the downstream of the second heating source on the hot water route. The control unit closes the first and second electrical operation valves at the same time when the abnormality of the water supply mixing valve is sensed (S18).
