The on-line local advertisement system comprises an apartment house information providing unit and a local advertisement information providing unit. The apartment house information providing unit provides a connection environment enabling a user to independently acquire apartment house information on each of multiple apartment houses and provides a connected user terminal with relevant apartment house information. The local advertisement information providing unit provides advertisement information in a local area including an apartment house provided from the apartment house information. As described above, the on-line local advertisement system provides a community site related to multiple apartment houses located in an advertisement area and advertisement contact opportunities to residents who access to the community site, thereby performing advertising of the apartment houses more effectively. |
