The present invention relates to a smart glass comprising: a power generation unit disposed on one surface of a transparent plate; and one or more among a display unit and an illumination unit on the opposite surface of the transparent plate, wherein the power generation unit, the display unit, and the illumination unit are configured to be transparent. Therefore, the present invention can generate power and simultaneously light and display on the transparent plate such as a window glass.
