Disclosed are antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof, wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment selectively inhibits the human CGRP receptor as compared with human AM1, AM2 or amylin receptors. Further disclosed is a method for producing said antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said antibodies or antigen-binding fragments; or the use of said antibodies or antigen-binding fragments in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a condition associated with the CGRP receptor, wherein the condition is headache or migraine. |
